The Membership and their guests enjoyed “A Day at the Races” on Friday, June 20, 2014 at the Arlington International Racecourse. The event featured an exciting day of horse races, the chef’s table lunch and beautiful views from the Beverly D Suite.
The Annual Spring Luncheon was held on May 6th, 2014 at Petterino’s Restaurant in Chicago. The luncheon featured honoree speaker Steven J. Harper, author of “The Lawyer Bubble – A Profession in Crisis.” Many of Chicago’s top trial attorneys attended.
The Annual Black Tie Gala was held at the The Langham in downtown Chicago on Saturday, February 8th. Members were joined by their families and friends for a night filled with food, drinks and live entertainment.
The Society of Trial Lawyers’ Annual Holiday Reception took place on December 10th at Fulton’s on the River. The Membership and their guests enjoyed a wonderful evening of holiday celebration. President Dan L. Boho gave a brief remark.
The Society of Trial Lawyers’ Annual Judicial Night took place on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Petterino’s Restaurant. The Membership was joined by many of the city’s illustrious Judges and Justices. President Dan Boho gave a brief remark thanking all for attending.
The Annual Election Meeting was held on September 24, 2013 at Petterino’s Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. The luncheon featured a talk by Mr. Terry Ekl on the Chicago Police Code of Silence case.
Elections were held for a new Treasurer and two new Board Members. Mr. Louis C. Cairo assumed the office of Treasurer, while Ms. Karen A. Enright and Mr. Christopher J. Dallavo joined the Board.
In addition, The Society confirmed several new officers. Mr. Dan L. Boho assumed the office of President. Mr. Joseph Balesteri assumed the office of Vice-President. Mr. Miguel Ruiz assumed the office of Secretary.
